You share your memories with us — photos, voice notes, written messages, documents, or a simple conversation. Our AI studio then crafts everything into a polished biography, family archive, or cinematic film, depending on your chosen package.
Turnaround times vary by package — Story Starter is delivered within 24 hours. Family Archive and Founder Story packages are delivered within 3–5 days depending on complexity. You'll receive a notification as soon as your story is ready.
Absolutely. Your memories are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or use your content to train AI models. You own everything — we're just the studio.
Digital biographies are delivered as a beautifully designed PDF and an online-shareable link. Films are delivered as an MP4 video file plus a private streaming link you can share with family.
Yes. Every package includes at least one round of revisions. The Founder Story and Film packages include up to two rounds.

Your revision allowance depends on your package:
- Story Starter: 1 round of edits and 1 full regeneration if you're not happy with the direction
- Family Archive: 2 rounds of edits and 1 full regeneration
- Founder Story: 3 rounds of edits and 2 full regenerations
A ‘round of edits’ means you collect all your feedback together and submit it in one go — this keeps the process efficient. Minor fixes (name spellings, dates, small corrections) are always free and don't count toward your limit. Need an extra round? Additional revision rounds are available for £15.
- Before you submit your story details: full refund, no questions asked
- After your draft is delivered (in review): 50% refund
- After you approve your draft: no refund
- Technical failure or non-delivery: full refund
